Deployment of ModelMe Innovation

The primary objective of the work performed within the proposed project is to bring our innovation to the point at which it can be successfully disseminated and exploited through a product launch.

Our technical progress so far has been a result of R&D breakthroughs over the last 18 months (since July 2021) by our team of four.

We consider the following tasks/actions necessary to reaching our main objective: pre launch product and design validation; iteration on user interface design, iteration on innovation, business model & go to market revision; and deployment of our technology via a web based application.Product validation includes the rigorous interviewing of existing partners and potential clients on the topic of ModelMe's technical capabilities and the design of our user interface.

Our interviews will be conducted through video calls, on-site visits and through surveys.

The relevance of product validation ensures that after launch, customers can intuitively use the product and want to pay for it.Business model and go to market revisions will be made prior to the launch to ensure relevancy to the current market conditions.

In addition, product and marketing material will be created for customer acquisition and product onboarding.Lastly, upon successful iterations of the innovation and user interface design, we shall build and deploy a scalable web based product which will enable our customers to access our deep tech algorithms for use.Grant resources will be channeled towards each of the tasks mentioned above.
