Chinese-Foreign Language Exchange and Cooperation Center hosts '2022 Online Basic Education Training Class for Local Chinese Teachers in Mauritius'

On August 2, 2022, the opening ceremony of the “2022 Online Training Class for Local Chinese Teachers in Mauritius Basic Education” was held online.

The four-day training was jointly sponsored by the Chinese-Foreign Language Exchange and Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Education of China and the Confucius Institute at the University of Mauritius, and organized by Zhejiang Normal University. The training included courses on Chinese pronunciation, Chinese characters, vocabulary, grammar, and writing.

It also covered Chinese teaching methods, teaching management, and the design of comprehensive Chinese courses in primary and secondary schools.
