To develop a new Marine Breakaway Coupling (MBC) necessary to attain a zero-spill fluid discharge to the environment during tanker breakout.

It will address the problem of spillage and harmful discharge of petroleum into the environment during transportation and product transfer from an oil tanker to unloading bay.
