To apply social entrepreneurship and participatory action research methodologies to develop a framework for the identification, measurement and tracking of qualitative and quantitative socio-economic impacts of prisons within local communities.

The framework will be adopted across the wider organisation, transforming management practices and policies, and improving prisoner and community outcomes.
