Grant Description

During Foreign Minister Wang Yi's visit to Hanoi on September 10, 2021, China and Vietnam signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement in which China committed to provide 400 million RMB for unspecified purposes.

The agreement stipulates that specific projects will be determined later through new agreements between the two countries.
