Grant Description

During former Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc of Vietnam's visit to Beijing on April 26, 2019, China and Vietnam signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement in which China committed to provide 400 million RMB for unspecified purposes.

The agreement stipulates that specific projects will be determined later through new agreements between the two countries.
