Grant Description
On May 10, 2022, China's Center for Language Education and Cooperation provided Chinese language training in the "Chinese Bridge" program to students from the International Kazakh-Chinese Language Institute.
The course adopted a combination of live teaching and recording, including three major course modules: language, Chinese culture, and information on contemporary China and Xi'an. The course lasted for two weeks with a total of 20 hours of training completed.
The course aims to enhance students’ understanding of Chinese language and culture, including strengthening educational exchanges. The monetary value of this training course is unknown.
More than 150 teachers and students from Northwest University of Political Science and Law and other educational institutions in Kazakhstan attended the opening ceremony.
Zhang Ronggang, Vice President of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, and Mamur, Dean of Kazakhstan’s International-Kazakhstan-Chinese Language Institute, also attended.
