Grant Description

On September 24, 2022, Deputy Chinese Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City Hao Zhigang provided scholarships to 18 students at Lac Hong University in Biên Hòa, Vietnam. Each scholarship was valued at 10 million VND, resulting in a total monetary value of 180 million VND. At the handover ceremony, Ho Chi Minh also donated a multi-media classroom to the university.
