On January 11, 2022, the first batch of a 1 million COVID-19 vaccine donation from China to Myanmar left Kunming, China.

The second batch of this 1 million vaccine donation left Beijing, China on February 9, 2022, with a delivery date in Myanmar of March 10, 2022. The first batch contained 740,000 doses and the second batch contained 253,200 doses.
