Grant Description

On July 29, 2022, China and Dominica signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on deepening blue economic cooperation. This MOU is intended to strengthen Dominica's tourism, trading and fisheries sectors.

It looks to strengthen the emerging industries of Dominica, including offshore wind, tidal and wave energy, aquaculture, seabed mining and marine biotechnology.
