Grant Description

On June 7, 2022, the Chinese Consulate in Laoag donated 15 sets of beds and bedding to the Tahanang Carmela D'Amore orphanage in Laoag City.

Attending the handover ceremony were Consul General Zhou Youbin, Vice Governor of Ilocos Norte Cecilia Araneta Marcos, Head of the Social Welfare and Development Office of Ilocos Norte Corazon Lilian Celia Rin, and President of Filipino-Chinese Amity Club Ilocos Norte Chapter Michael Ang.
