Donite - Automated Assembly for Thermoformed Twin Skin Panels (TTSP) for Aircraft Seating

Development of an automated assembly cell , incorporating Made Smarter technologies, for Advanced Thermoformed Twin Skin Panels (TTSP) for aircraft seating systems.

The assembly cell will be developed to create a human and machine collaborative environment for increased human machine efficiency.

Flexible fixturing will be developed allowing for flexibility within a family of components with improved agility for efficient changeover.

Digitisation will increase control and conformance and will include rapidly deployed digital work instructions to the operator.
