As UX/Product Designer you'll be the champion of our users — the grant professionals and non-profit fundraisers who depend on GrantFunds every day. You'll lead user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and work side-by-side with engineers to ship intuitive, accessible experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead user research — interviews, surveys and usability testing
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
Define and maintain the GrantFunds design system
Collaborate closely with engineers throughout the build cycle
Advocate for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) across all interfaces
Requirements
3+ years UX/product design experience
Strong Figma skills and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work
Experience conducting and synthesising user research
Ability to work iteratively in a fast-paced remote team
Nice to Have
Experience designing data-heavy or search-focused interfaces
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
