As our Non-profit Partnerships Manager you'll be the primary relationship builder between GrantFunds and the organisations we serve. You'll onboard major non-profit partners, understand their funding challenges, and work across teams to ensure GrantFunds delivers real value.
This is a senior relationship role with significant autonomy and direct impact on our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with large NGOs and sector networks
Lead onboarding and training for new organisational subscribers
Act as primary account manager for key non-profit partners
Represent GrantFunds at sector conferences and events
Provide feedback loops from partners to the product team
Requirements
3+ years in partnership, business development or account management roles
Deep understanding of the non-profit / NGO sector
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with strong relationship-building instincts
Nice to Have
Existing network in the international development or philanthropy sector
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
