The Finance & Compliance Manager will own day-to-day financial operations and ensure GrantFunds meets all regulatory and reporting obligations. You'll work closely with the CEO and board, providing clear financial insight to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end close, management accounts and board reporting
Oversee grant compliance and restricted fund accounting
Prepare annual statutory accounts and liaise with auditors
Ensure regulatory compliance across all operating jurisdictions
Build financial models to support growth planning
Requirements
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Experience in a non-profit or social enterprise finance role
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
High attention to detail and integrity
Nice to Have
Experience with Xero or QuickBooks
Knowledge of charity accounting standards (SORP)
