About the Role

As Customer Success Manager you'll be the voice of our non-profit customers inside GrantFunds. You'll guide new subscribers through onboarding, run product training sessions, and proactively identify opportunities to help organisations get more value from the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding journey for new organisational subscribers
  • Run live and recorded product training sessions
  • Monitor account health and proactively reach out to at-risk accounts
  • Gather and advocate for customer feedback with the product team
  • Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer success or account management role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Empathy for the challenges facing non-profit organisations
  • Organised, proactive and data-driven

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a SaaS company serving the non-profit sector
  • Familiarity with CS tools like Gainsight or ChurnZero
