As Customer Success Manager you'll be the voice of our non-profit customers inside GrantFunds. You'll guide new subscribers through onboarding, run product training sessions, and proactively identify opportunities to help organisations get more value from the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Own the onboarding journey for new organisational subscribers
Run live and recorded product training sessions
Monitor account health and proactively reach out to at-risk accounts
Gather and advocate for customer feedback with the product team
Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities
Requirements
2+ years in a customer success or account management role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Empathy for the challenges facing non-profit organisations
Organised, proactive and data-driven
Nice to Have
Experience in a SaaS company serving the non-profit sector
Familiarity with CS tools like Gainsight or ChurnZero
