As Community Manager you'll cultivate the GrantFunds community — a growing network of grant writers, fundraising directors and non-profit leaders who share knowledge, ask questions and support each other.
You'll organise events, moderate discussions, and work with the content team to surface community insights across our channels.
Key Responsibilities
Grow and moderate online community channels (forum, Slack, social)
Plan and host webinars, AMAs and virtual networking events
Surface community insights to the content and product teams
Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter and beyond
Build relationships with community influencers and ambassadors
Requirements
Experience managing online communities or social channels
Excellent written and verbal communication
Creative and organised — able to juggle events and daily engagement
Genuine interest in the non-profit sector
Nice to Have
Experience with community platforms (Circle, Discourse, Slack)
Graphic design or video editing skills
