Grant Description

Develop victim identification and advocacy procedures in the Tartarstan region.

Educate police, migration service officers, prosecutors, and private attorneys; train medical and social service personnel and student volunteers how to work with and assist TIP victims. Develop an assistance center, including a hotline, and a shelter for victims.
