Grant Description

This project aims to strengthen prosecutions and increase convictions of traffickers in Nepal through improved and better-integrated protection measures for victims and witnesses.

TAF will draft a Victim and Witness Protection Bill that will provide greater protections for trafficking victims and witnesses.
