Conducting outreach programs to marginalized populations -- addresses long-standing concerns of returning deportees and other Tongans from the U.S who have no social support networks; and the lack of means to earn income.

Education project for Tongan communities about deportees; outreach to youth on drug-and crime-prevention through motivational speech sessions by returned deportees.
