Grant Description

FCFNAC will determine the future management needs and legal obligations of the Border Philanthropy Partnership when BPP becomes legally constituted as a binational nonprofit organization with offices and staff on both sides of the U. S. -Mexico border.

The grantee will also undertake the first phase of a program to create a binational quality of life index for the border region.
