The ProJustice Program was funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to address challenges faced by the Congolese judiciary while supporting reforms initiated by the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (GoDRC), as set forth in the 2006 constitution. Tetra Tech DPK implemented the ProJustice Program over the course of five years.
The main objective of the program was to develop an accessible and empowered justice system through improved judicial management, lower costs of access to justice, and a more informed and engaged public.
